Material Gifts

Your gift-in-kind donations help Haven of Rest meet the needs of poor and homeless men, women and children. Donations should be taken to Haven of Rest’s donation drive-thru at the rear of our Client Services Center at 207 East Market St. in Akron. Drive-thru hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The drive through is closed Sunday.

Current needs:

Coffee and beverage mixes
Canned fruit
Kidney beans
Pork and beans
Canned creamed soups
Gently used pots, pans, small household appliances
New undergarments and socks
Akron school uniform clothing: khaki slacks, blue or black collared shirts and pullovers
Sweaters, jackets and coats for men, women and children
